That had my dear and near dwelling in pain,
The sky was heavy with dark rain clouds,
Ready to be delivered from above.
The silence before the storm was terrifying,
Will the pain and sorrows be washed away!
Is there an heaven above these clouds
And is the rain, tears of God’s,
Are they crying for us on earth ?
Is the thunder their sobbing being resonated
For the helpless beings with no one else,
Oh gosh I woke up from my dream
No rain, no clouds and no Gods to cry.
All was hot, dry and taking last breath’s,
Why even a little of softness not being shown
To rejuvenate the dried up veins of the land.
Everything around had a feature of old age ,
With no vigour and youth playing around,
The ancient land has lost its pomp.
I still dream of a beautiful tomorrow with all my senses fully awake.
